In order to conduct legal private investigations in the State of California, an investigator must possess a valid Private Investigator's license. For instance, our business is being operated under "Schulman P.P.I." - Ca. State license: 25758

A licensed private investigator who is also a "Qualified Manager may employ individuals and have them work as supervised investigators, operating under the scope of his or her PI icense.

Anyone caught conducting private investigation services within the State of California without a valid PI license is subject to arrest, a fine, jail time, and probable civil litigation against them.

All states, counties, cities all have their own laws, municipal, and civil codes, it is up to you to find out the latest information that pertains to your use of any product you wist to use from our store.

Make sure that you research the legalities of using an item in your state BEFORE placing an order, since this is not a valid reason to return a product. You may even wish to consult an attorney if you feel that you are not comfortable with your knowledge of the law.
