
Customer satisfaction is our prime goal. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Read the statements on eligibility and conditions below.

Before sending any product back, Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) through an RMA e-mail request to: rma@schulmanppi.com. Once you have submitted your RMA request e-mail, you will receive an e-mail back with an RMA for any qualified returns/exchanges.
Once you have received the RMA# and address, you should return your purchase clearly labelled with the appropriate RMA#. The returned merchandise must be received within 15 calendar days of purchase of original item with proper RMA#. Items received after 15 calendar days or without appropriate RMA# will be returned at the customer's expense.
• All items must be returned in like-new condition in the original packaging.
• Any Items received without original packaging or not in like-new condition, will not be accepted as a return.
• Electronic items that have been opened/installed will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
• Items received with physical damage of any kind will not be processed as a return or exchange. These items can be shipped back with pre-payment of return shipping charges.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item was purchased during a Free-Shipping promotion, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund before credit is issued.
• If the item is being returned for credit, please allow 14-30 days for processing of the credit to your original credit card.
• If you wish to exchange your purchase then please indicate what product you are interested in exchanging for while applying for the RMA Number online.
• RMA forms partially filled in or without a detailed description of the problem are subject to rejection
• Schulman P.P.I. is not responsible for any physical damages sustained during transit, and will void any warranty.
• A copy of the original invoice/packing slip must be included with any returned items.
• Warrantys are void if the factory seal is broken. No Exceptions.
Your RMA request email must be fully completed and sent in its entirety before the return of any merchandise. Please e-mail ALL the information below as it appears on your initial order.
